The aim of this review is to examine the historical frames of Ibero-American Geopolitical thinking

Considering the historical course of the Ibero-American countries, of which most of them have already reached two centuries of their respective independence processes, or are close to reaching such dates (in the case of Brazil this September 2022, and Bolivia in 2025), as well as the reflections that arise from the recent bicentenary of the resounding Guayaquil Conference[1], and considering also to the current global context of strategic instability, makes necessary a geopolitical review of the historical frames which conditioned the leaders and thinkers of this region.

Након завршетка Хладног рата (1949.−1989. г.), успостављен је нови светски поредак (НСП) и у оквиру њега и нови Европски безбедносни систем (НЕБС). Оба су заменила хладноратовске безбедносне системе који су се у то време базирали на ривалитету Исток-Запад, односно САД-СССР. Обзиром да је СССР распуштен од стране Михаила Горбачова а у билатералном договору са тадашњим америчким председником Роналдом Реганом, постхладноратовски НСП и НЕБС су дуго функционисали на формули доминантног положаја и утицаја пре свега хиперсиле САД као и њених деривата НАТО пакта и ЕУ.

The international press conference today hosted by Executive Intelligence Review gathered a powerful group of former military and intelligence professionals, political leaders and candidates, journalists and peace advocates from the U.S. and other countries, documenting the criminal and evil “hit list” compiled by the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) and the “kill list” compiled by the Myrotvorets (Peacemaker) website in Ukraine, demanding that they be shut down and that all U.S. funding be immediately stopped.

Journalists who asked questions came from Germany, Russia, Serbia, Argentina, Mexico, U.S., and Romania. Other journalists monitored the event, and Consortium News live-streamed the full event, as did Peruvian media.

We will have to answer to the 'law' as 'war criminals'

A US state department sponsored round table on ‘countering disinformation’ was recently held at the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

According to the press release - “NGOs, mass media and international experts” took part in the round table discussions. Delegates discussed ‘disinformation methods’ used in Ukraine and abroad. On the agenda was legal and state prevention of ‘fakes and disinformation in the context of cyber security’.
