Након завршетка Хладног рата (1949.−1989. г.), успостављен је нови светски поредак (НСП) и у оквиру њега и нови Европски безбедносни систем (НЕБС). Оба су заменила хладноратовске безбедносне системе који су се у то време базирали на ривалитету Исток-Запад, односно САД-СССР. Обзиром да је СССР распуштен од стране Михаила Горбачова а у билатералном договору са тадашњим америчким председником Роналдом Реганом, постхладноратовски НСП и НЕБС су дуго функционисали на формули доминантног положаја и утицаја пре свега хиперсиле САД као и њених деривата НАТО пакта и ЕУ.

Dragana Trifković in the UN Security Council: Western weapons in Ukraine are killing civilians regardless of whether they speak Russian or Ukrainian

On September 8, a session was held in the UN Security Council on the topic of arms delivery to Ukraine by the West.

In the introductory part of the session, Dragana Trifković, director of the Center for Geostrategic Studies, spoke about the weapons that were delivered to the battlefield during the war in Yugoslavia, comparing it to the current situation in Ukraine. Press conference: Shut Down the Ukrainian Hit List Targeting Americans and International Voices of Opposition

The international press conference today hosted by Executive Intelligence Review gathered a powerful group of former military and intelligence professionals, political leaders and candidates, journalists and peace advocates from the U.S. and other countries, documenting the criminal and evil “hit list” compiled by the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) and the “kill list” compiled by the Myrotvorets (Peacemaker) website in Ukraine, demanding that they be shut down and that all U.S. funding be immediately stopped.

Journalists who asked questions came from Germany, Russia, Serbia, Argentina, Mexico, U.S., and Romania. Other journalists monitored the event, and Consortium News live-streamed the full event, as did Peruvian media.

A US state department sponsored round table on ‘countering disinformation’ was recently held at the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

According to the press release – “NGOs, mass media and international experts” took part in the round table discussions. Delegates discussed ‘disinformation methods’ used in Ukraine and abroad. On the agenda was legal and state prevention of ‘fakes and disinformation in the context of cyber security’.

L'ucraina, che presumibilmente aspira alla democrazia, ha ri-attualizza la pratica di perseguitare i dissidenti e fare le liste dei "nemici". Il Verde regime di obiettivi e perseguita libero pensiero, la gente, per volere degli USA e della NATO. Oggettivamente parlando, questo non è insolito, considerando anche il fatto che negli ultimi decenni CI leadership politica-attraverso la NATO – ha introdotto bomba democrazia in molte parti del mondo. E ancora, ci sono molti in America che è in disaccordo con tale politica sono sempre più forte.

Il giorno 14. nel mese di luglio, l'Ucraina ha pubblicato un elenco di politici, accademici, attivisti che "promuovere la propaganda russa" — tra i più importanti intellettuali ed i politici Occidentali. Il Senatore repubblicano Rand Paul, ex Democratica del Congresso Tulsi Gabard, militare e geopolitica, analista di Edward N. Lutwak, realista, politologo Giovanni Mirsheimer, e il giornalista Glenn Greenwald, il famoso economista Jeffrey Sachs, sono tutti nella lista.

Nota

Su invito del comitato per la cooperazione internazionale della Duma di Stato della Federazione russa, una delegazione di giornalisti stranieri, rappresentanti di organizzazioni sociali e di missioni diplomatiche di diversi stati visitati 9. Agosto detenzione di no. 120 in Yelenovka, non lontano da Donetsk.    

La delegazione comprendeva rappresentanti di Siria, Nicaragua, Italia, Serbia, Francia, Corea del Nord, in Germania e in altri paesi, e tra i delegati è stato Dragana Trifkovic, direttore del Centro di studi geopolitici.
