Ко је Скот, а ко олош у Србији или може бити само један

Да, драги моји, доводите у вашу организацију увек боље од себе, и нема глава да вас боли! Уз неопходно неговање јавног изношења мишљења и културе дијалога, уз непрестану размену идеја и стварања атомсефере витешки здравог и спортског такмичарског дух, створиће се, „сама од себе“, организација која ће моћи да одговори адекватно на сваки изазов. Наравно, подразумева се, да је и сам руководилац такве будућеуспешне организације, морао бити изабран по тим истим критеријумима, односно, да је образован, стручан, интелигентан и да је своју способност већ доказао на предходним нижим позицијама, на којима је стекао неопходно искуство. И сам сам се у животу водио таквим јасним и простим критеријумом, и недвосмислено се уверио, да је то заиста једини прави рецепт за сигуран успех, било приватне организације, било државне институције: примати интелигентније, образованије, стручније и способније од себе (као руководиоца), или макар боље у већини од оних набројаних критеријума.
But how then do you keep the monopoly on governance, How do you keep the levers of "power", how do you keep the leadership position, if you create competition for yourself, stronger than you yourself? But should this even be a question, if at all and honestly, your main goal: the success, development and progress of the organization itself ? Is it not only in the continuous progress and development of the organization itself, and in raising its ability to successfully cope with any possible competition in today's "ubiquitous and general" market of ideas, science, goods, inventions, technology, etc.?
So, we come to what should be the essence of this text, and these are the criteria, on the basis of which the highest political leaders are appointed in Serbia today, or the leading people, the most important institutions of the state of Serbia?
People are appointed, without any criteria, people without any qualifications, people without any positive results in their previous positions, people without any previous experience, people of dubious intelligence, dubious culture, dubious morality and upbringing, better said – people without any culture, even the general one, or at least the business one! How did we come to such a situation? It seems very simple!
If the manager himself does not possess those qualities listed at the beginning, then he does not possess the necessary "measuring device – meter" (man is the measure of all things), on the basis of which he can ask for someone to be better than him! And what else is left for him, but that the criteria of a future candidate for a high political position – be extremely General, funny, superficial – of something like this: "he is a hardworking, dedicated man, loyal to his country, поред and besides that he has been without any office for a year and a half"! Amazing, isn't it! Worst of all, it is said from the current highest position in this country (not the "highest" because it is a very tall man)!
Why are these criteria, in the opinion of my littleness, extremely doubtful, to say nothing!?
Because they do not have the same degree of universality, as do "my" criteria, which I stated at the very beginning of the text( remember: to accept the one who is better than the manager who hires him, that is, his predecessor, that the candidate is more intelligent, educated, capable and experienced, or at least some of it)!
Замислите, да неко за будућег директора неке Топлане, изнесе као његове кључне квалитете“ следеће особине: „он је прави човек за ту позицију јер је вредан, посвећен и одан својој држави, па онда још дода, „..а и без икакве је фунцкије већ годину и по дана…јадничак“!
Imagine that someone (for example, a man in the highest position in the country at the moment) chooses a surgeon to operate on someone dear to him urgently and promptly: will he seek "hardworking, dedicated and loyal to the state of Serbia" or will he Market an experienced one (with "" results behind him!), educated, intelligent and capable? Will it bother him in the election if such a surgeon is a member of the opposition party? Or will he ask for his beloved to be operated on by his partisan servant, "who is hardworking, dedicated and loyal to the state of Serbia"?
Imagine that a private owner should admit a man into his own company at the very top of the management, and that when choosing, he is guided by the criteria "worthy, dedicated and loyal to the state of Serbia!and he has not been at work for a year and a half"!!!
Of course, you can't even imagine it without causing a smile on your face! And this is only for a single, and very simple and superficial reason: because they are not any criteria at all, but only a hollow and funny story, which speaks more about the qualities of the one who says it, than about the one to whom it refers!
Or, imagine, the following situation: one who is in a very responsible managerial, and undoubtedly political position (because he is appointed to that position by the assembly of the largest city in Serbia), at the end of his term of office utters the following sentence: "I am sorry, I did not manage politics"! Man, what did you do then, if nisi managed to do first of all the" political " function in which you were appointed and in which you have been all these years!? So now you remember to say that?! If you didn't get into politics, why didn't you immediately resign from that position and give the place to someone else? Maybe it's just because – even though you haven't done well in politics, you seem to have done well in myth and corruption, private business, and other injustices and privileges you had?
And then today we have the situation that, instead of discussing publicly which of the several candidates would be better for a leading leadership position in one of the most important institutions of Serbia, the one who himself, without any clear previous criteria, reached the highest positions in Serbia (without an assessment of previous experience, abilities, education, as well as top results of previous work in his career), he finds no other way to choose the highest managers, than those only criteria he knows in his "patriotic life", and which he only manages to define and present, and only in one way or another., the only one he has ever met in his "work" (and never worked anywhere!), and these are“hardworking, dedicated, loyal...and it hasn't been funky for a year and a half“! God save us from such people – have mercy even a little."
And then, is it strange, that according to the same criteria, you have for the leaders of state institutions and companies and bodies: the owners of bakers, the owners of purchased diplomas, the owners of invented biographies, the owners of completed "foreign" courses, and in fact the owners of only foreign booklets, who at the same time are so incompetent should lead us all successfully, towards a "bright" future"!
Yes, Prime Minister and President, I would trust and support you at every step, on every occasion and in every place, if I saw only somewhere and sometimes, if I saw sincere attempts, if I saw and recognized at least good intentions, that in strengthening and governing the state, really all the highest quality (as when you choose a surgeon for your loved ones) that this country has today, regardless of party belonging! And if you have that historical opportunity, to show how it should be done and how it must be done, IFoS e wishes well for its anrod and country! But alas! Instead, the state is mostly run by party creators, sponsors and incompetents, in many ways the same, and even worse, than the leaders appointed by those many previous holders of power!
Let it be immediately clear: the leaders of this catastrophic situation in Serbia today are in all the previous authorities in Serbia, especially the last one that ruled immediately before this one! Today'S DS, and even with such a president (whose name I will not even write – because I am very nasty), along with that former "high-ranking UN official – who thought it was enough for him to be the leader of the world Serbs", as well as Sasa Jankovic himself (leader of the movement only mildly), are not among those who can bring any change to Serbia in the future, to bring any change for the better. because in power they behaved the same way as today's tantuz!

Кад у Србији, неки Скот (па макар био и амерички амбасадор!) назове олошем, оне новине, оног власника и уредника – који годинама измишља, лаже, вређа, псује, нарушава људско достојанство и права, употребљава погрдне и скарадне речи (на пример: обавештава нас на насловној страни својих новина – и то огромним словима – да премијер Србије има „муда“) – онда одмах реагује данашњипрви човек Србије (у свим категоријама – од премијера до председника) и сам признаје, да је користи ту исту реч ( и при томе ЛАЖЕ, јер постоје снимци где тако назива све своје неситомишљенике), са том разликом да нам он „потанко“ објашњава (јер лаже): „Рекао сам то само за лист „Таблоид“, за криминалце који немају везе са новинарством, и имају битно смањену урачунљивост“!
У данашњој Србији, само „један“ човек, „зна“ ко је криминалац (а да при том тај криминалац није ни у затвору), само „један“ човек зна и ко нема везе са новинарством, и тај исти „један једини“ човек, знаи ко има смањену урачунљивост (иако није специјалисти медицине рада!).
And so, when Scott says of someone in Serbia that he is a scumbag (and most importantly, it is the first time that a US ambassador to Serbia has told the truth in the last quarter of a century!), while quoting the dictionary of the prime minister-the president of Serbia, then the prime minister himself attacks him so that one cannot talk about the most read newspapers in Serbia! Since the readability of something, a tick, or a newspaper, is anyway, at the same time a crucial proof of one's quality! Um, maybe the viewership of porn movies is huge, is that according to you and proof of the quality of those movies!?

Because of the headlines, which the tabloids in Serbia often use and put on their cover, I am increasingly convinced that they should be necessarily packed in black foil, and thus protect the citizens of Serbia from their "content", which violates all moral norms of society, but also ethical and aesthetic criteria, even the most widely understood! Therefore, I am not a" false " Puritan or a religious fanatic and a fundamentalist (especially not as the former radicals were, but today's neo-radicals.)
I wonder, so publicly, if a good start and direction for the healing of society might be to start an "action", daily pouring water on all the tabloids (you buy a bottle of water at the bar, you start drinking it, and as "clumsy" as God has given you, you accidentally pour water on all the tabloids, apologize to the seller and go – who will buy the wet ones newspaper!), on newsstands throughout Serbia, until we force them to either change their vocabulary and writing, or until they begin to "pack" in black foil, like any garbage, dangerous to the health of the people! I also ask reputable lawyers, how could such an act or act be qualified?
